What is a cocoa ceremony?
At a cocoa ceremony, organic raw cocoa is drunk together. In contrast to "normal" cocoa as we know it from the supermarket, raw cocoa contains over 300 valuable ingredients. Including many antioxidants, calcium. Magnesium and important amino acids that boost the production of our happy hormones.
Cocoa has a strong heart-opening effect and primarily addresses the heart chakra.
At a cocoa ceremony, the focus is on opening our hearts, letting go of old and heavy things and inviting new, easy ones into our lives. We deal with our emotions and feelings and dive deep into our inner being a.
Meditations, breathwork, small yoga sequences & sound healing are an integral part of my ceremonies.

on the day of the cocoa ceremony, light food is recommended, from about 2 hours before the ceremony nothing should be eaten.
Bring an intention with you, what you might want to let go of and invite something new into your life. Ask yourself what is on your mind at the moment and where you would like to feel more lightness.
It is best to come in comfortable clothes and bring your favorite mug.
The ceremony usually lasts about 2 hours
